歷年最慘！烏來成孤島　道路坍方通訊斷

蘇迪勒颱風造成新北市烏來土石崩落，對外唯一聯絡道路中斷、通訊中斷，歷年來最慘，上午救難單位空投物資，同時請國軍支援協助救災，由於烏來老街內，有多家知名溫泉飯店，目前估計至少有250人受困。

土石夾帶泥水，沿著道路滾滾而下，通往烏來的新屋路，全被巨石覆蓋。當地居民vs.記者：「每年颱風會這樣嗎？沒有，第一次碰到這麼大的。」

從沒見過的場景，山路上下全被堵住，逃也無法逃。連溫泉飯店也難逃大自然摧殘，土石沖進飯店，掩埋半層樓高。記者林耿賢：「我後方這片山坡地可以看到，是昨天早上的時候，整個土石沖刷下來影響到旁邊這個小涼亭，你可以看到它的土石幾乎是掩埋到一半的高度。」

由於這裡是通往烏來老街主要道路，路斷了，山上的住戶全部受困，連溫泉飯店的員工，也被困在山上斷了聯繫。溫泉飯店員工vs.記者：「不知道欸，因為看新聞好像蠻嚴重的，可是還沒有上去不知道，他們有沒有打電話下來？沒有，都不通。」

記者林耿賢：「土石流的威力到底有多大，我後方這片大石頭，夾帶泥土堆，原本就是台九線往烏來的主要幹線，現在幾乎全被覆蓋住了。」

土石覆蓋整條山路，地基也被掏空將近1公里，導致中華電信線路損毀。

手機市話斷了訊號，有居民緊張的徒步往上爬，目前有250位民眾受困，救難單位緊急空投物資，運送藥物、尿布、奶粉、乾糧，山上等待救援，山下急著搶通，烏來慘況難以想像。
